James M. Hanley Federal Building Renovation
The James M. Hanley Federal Building is a 45-year-old building located in downtown Syracuse, New York. The building houses government offices and a courthouse. The FDA sought to move into the building, but the second floor was in desperate need of a renovation. They needed a firm to function as the on-site representative for the Government and report all construction information directly to GSA.
Cornerstone provided construction quality management services for GSA and oversaw the construction of a tenant improvement project on the second floor of the James M. Hanley Federal Building. Cornerstone ensured contractors followed the contract documents and reported any deviations to GSA. We provided an existing conditions survey, ran project meetings, submitted site inspections, and maintained all records and drawings.
